Mall Kelapa Gading I & II Refurbishment

In 2004, Mall Kelapa Gading has new Expanded areas MKG III, then PT. Summarecon decides it upgrade the existing old Mall MKG I & MKG II to keep them looks the same new with the 3rd Mall. The Challenges of this project are to create the new ambiance and design with minimum refurbishment because technically the Mall is still operating in the normal operating hours and the contractor able to work on the night only 10 pm and done daily at 6 am to prepare clean every day in operating hours. So I’m thinking to repaint the old wooden ceiling and balustrade with white Duco and add some light features to fabricate in the workshop and easy to install on sites to make it looks modern and fresh such as adding light feature beside the escalator, on the ceiling, balustrade, new metal column cover and also new hanging features on every ceiling void.
