The crown prince of Pakubuwono 10, named Pangeran Abimanyu, who had the title Gusti Pangeran Haryo Kusumoyudho in 1907, was given a palace located to the north of the Ndalem Kusumoyudhan Palace, which had just been purchased from Mangkunegaran in 1909, then the palace was restored by Kanjeng Gusti, Prince Hadi Widjojo, which has Javanese-Dutch architecture. 

At the beginning of December 2008, Sahid Kusuma Raya was changed to Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel.

So The design concept is to transform the historical space become the modern dutch design style to reveal the original historycal elements of the interior - architecture it self.
